NOW there is an Association that will serve all Segments of the Professional Salon Industry (haircare, skin care, nail care, salon/spa business) and the Schools that support the industry. However, it can only be successful if ALL Salon Professionals of Montana participate. It takes everyone to make it a true success!

The Spring 2008 Educational Forum, April 20-21st at the Missoula, at the Hilton Garden Inn & Conference Center, was a definite success, over 73% of those responding rated it high in content . In excess of over 322 salon and spa professionals attended this outstanding event. Here is just a few of the comments about these events.
"Without doubt, hesitation or reservation, the last few years of education with the new Montana Association formed, is outstanding , refreshing and all are world class educators. We like a lot of folks in Montana, can’t afford to travel out of state, given the small nature of our business. In fact I have enjoyed and learned so much in the last few years of attending the new shows, I joined this year and was darn happy to do so. I was skeptical, even though my wife Janet jumped in last year and joined. Anyone who missed these shows and this last one, in my estimation, missed some great education to say the least.
I work 40 plus hours every week like most of you and am grateful to get up every morning and simply have clients who want me to do their hair. Retirement is a LONG way off for me and I don’t blame anyone for that, but having the insight and motivation I received in Missoula makes it a whole lot easier. NOW - look for the FALL EDUCATIONAL FORUM to be held on September 28-29, 2008, in Butte, Montana at the "Copper King Hotel & Convention Center. We will continue bringing the best of education as long as the Salon Professionals of Montana support them!
As a member you should get on our online FORUM, where you can talk with Salon Professionals from throughout your state and to the Association leadership. Discuss your concerns and issues with your colleagues. It is important that the leadership of your organization be informed on the things you need and desire that will help to grow and expand your business.
The time is NOW, and the Association needs YOUR participation to help to make things better for all! The more that join in, the more the Association can offer. Be part of something positive that will strenghten your professionalism and image in your community.
